Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Who are they?

They say that they are nation's largest and most successful tax resolution company. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

They have several office throughout the US, guarenteeing you that they will settle you IRS debt by pennies on the $. For a fee of course thats where Professional Fee Fiance comes in they are there fiance company, for the fee they deduct from your checking each month, be aware they were only to be taking out $198.00 a month out of my account, however they will often with out notice take additional payments from your account causing you to have NSF charges for other items, they take NO RESPONSIBLITY FOR THEIR UNETHICAL PERFORMACE EITHER!!!

There steps:

Have you make an appointment in there local office, leading you to believe that the gentlman/lady your interview with is the one handling your case, promises and guantees you that with a 14,000.000 debt you will only owe $5000.00 with our help, guarentee you any threats from IRS such as seizing you bank account wont happen now that we are power of attnory thats (BS) they took, $900.00 on December 15th from our checking account and JK Harris did nothing, explain that to 2 children without a christmas, set you up for automatic withdrawls, in the contract agrees only to take $198.00 out of checking a month, however takes out any amount they want and takes NO responsibility for any charges to your account as in NSF charges because of there unethical performance,

tells you when you leave the next couple of days gather the information on this list and send it to this address in this envelope, in a couple of days we will call you only to find out the gentlman we spoke with is no longer our case worker, and to top it off the case worker isnt even in the same state, and says she never received our paper work, ( correct me if I am wrong, ink, paper and envelops, stamps and time are free)?

THEN one year from the date of hire, YOU WILL BE DECLINED ANY OIC BY THE IRS!!!!

This is a way for JK Harris to get rich and to make families be in debt more than they were before we hired them!!

I still owe 14,000.00 to the IRS and 2,300.00 to JK Harris (cause I had to close my account because of there duplicate payments) and I send money when I can but who wants to pay them when they havent done anything? So now I am being threatened to have my wages garnish, and sued! I have a federal lein on my credit by the irs, for the amount I owed.

Contact you local attnory general and let them know what has happened to you, report your situation with at all places you can, notify your local news companies and the BBB, I have heard through the grape vine that the attnory general will help get your money back in full.

NOTIFY EVERY ONE YOU KNOW, THEY ARE A SCAM!!

If only we could tell people before the fact !

I feel so sad for you, this site is brilliant in the fact that people such as yourself report these experiences, I only wish there was a way people could find out before it happens to them. I was also ripped off for $14,000.00 by a so called Board Certified Tax expert, which put me in trouble with the IRS, where I ended up owing $760,000.00 yes 760k, when I'd paid all my taxes and I fought the IRS for years over it, until finally American Tax Bureau, Inc. solved it for me, got it down to $99,000.00 now is getting it down to a very small amount of about $5,000.00 the only advice I can give for anyone reading this is: First of all, a free consultation is in order to determine how they can help you, i.e. listening to your problem and explaining what can be done about it. Secondly, how do they know what to charge you unless they've got all your files from the IRS, therefore sign a power of attorney to enable them to get the files, here it's ok to give a small retainer. they may ask for $250.00 they should also ask about your assets, and whether you own a home, how much equity you have, etc, only then should they determine whether a OIC is going to work or not. Third, it takes 6 weeks for the files to come from the IRS, then they can talk to you about what's involved and how much it may cost to solve your problems, and the time it may take, for an Offer in Compromise (OIC), it could take up to a year, and there is no guarantee that the IRS will accept it, and you should be told that, everyones situation is different. At this point they will tell you how much it is going to cost and sign a contract if you feel ok. I have learned so much about the process now that I could literally write for hours and hours on taxes and asset protection and credit repair, I've been through it all. The question is how could I possibly help people......???? I wish there was a site that not only blacklisted these Companies but praised the good ones who have morals and integrity. People who want a fair deal and don't want ripping off should go for the sites that have been recommended by others, I've been to several and the best one for my money is American Tax Bureau, Inc. his web site dosn't look much but they are going to get the job done for you. I know they've already had some JK Harris customers, you can find them at www.americantaxbureau.com By the way the Tax lawyers who ripped me off actually ended up getting fined by the IRS for 1 million dollars, and they settled out of court for $23,000.00, yet the IRS wouldn't let me off the hook, it took 5 years to get it down to 99k, another 2 years to get it down to where I'm at now, all my troubles are coming to an end, but I've crashed from being a rich dude, to nearly nothing because of all this, so anyone who tells me they're experts, means nothing to me, I'd rather go to sites where people say they're good, honest and get the job done.
