Hi Peter,
Thank you for the insight and information on the inner workings of this company. Wish I had known about this site sooner. However, I signed and mailed back the general release. Don't know if it's been received and no refund yet. Do I have any recourse or am I out of luck at this point?

Hi Dee, It's unfortunate that you signed a relese. You signed a release, give them a "reassonable" time to return your money. If they don't, and I'm sure you will call them to ask where the check is, and they will probable giver you an excuse as to why you haven't received it. If you don't receive your money as agreed in the release, then JK Harris broke the agreement. Follow the small claims route as outlined in the many postings on this site. If you need further asistance, please let me know.
