JK Home Service Johnny Hill, Kim Hill Hires contractors to repair foreclosed homes in different cities for banks and DON'T PAY THEM. Forest Hill Texas
Johnny Hill hired me to assess a foreclosed house for damage and take photos of the condition and do som minor plumbing work. When asked for pmt I was given the run around. He didn't even seem to remember who I was the very next day! Apparently they do this do a lot of people. They tried to say that the job was "called back" and wanted me to go out and do more work without even paying me for the original work. Promised pmt several times and never showed up. LIES.

Yes I asked Tim Godall to return to fix the plumbing issues and these reports were sent to him via email. He did not return after several emails and phone calls. Why would I pay someone that would not retrurn to fix these issues? In return I had to hire another company to fix what Tim Godall would not return to fix after several request. If Tim Godall would return to fix the plumbing issues, then Yes I would have paid for all his services as agreed upon.
This company is well skilled at covering up their dishonesty

After 30 days of run around and no payment, they ask me to fix a problem that I did not work on and had nothing to do with and claim that this was the job that "came back" from the bank. They forget to mention that I was sent there to take pictures and that's what I provided. Of course they send "cover your a*s emails " to make it look like they are asking me to repair "my work" but that is not the case. As evidenced by all the other complaints on this site the proof is in the pudding. Mr John Hill offered to pay me half of the amount I invoiced because he thought that my price was "sky high" and that he'd never dream the price was so high. Interesting to think that he would pay me if he didn't think i did the job. Just more lies.

I sent Tim Goodall an email on November 16, 2015 asking Tim to return to the property to correct the issues that failed inspection. I also send another email on November 16, 2015 stating that I don't have a problem paying for his services, but Mr. Goodall never return to correct any issues. On November 17 I sent yet another email asking him to return to correct these issues with no response. Mr. Goddall never return to fix any issues and I was forced to hire another company to fix the plumbing issues correctly.
Yes, this company was lied to by a plumber that would not return to fix any problem with his quaility of work that was inspected.
If anyone got ripoff it was this company.

I was just notified that this work ordered failed inspections. Per the work orders notes
Inspection photos clearly show where the plumbing has been cut and cracked. Please have your contractor that made the plumbing repairs return to the property. Please have this corrected asap.

Mr. Goodall, I don't have a problem paying for your services, but the problem that I have is Flagstar is asked you to return to correct these issues with the property. I can also send you the paperwork if needed to show you that this is a return. I also work with the bank to insure that all work is completed with payments that are applied correctly.
Please let me know if you are going to return. Do you need the paperwork?
