this guy seemed so nice until he broke parts on our roof. he informed me it was no big deal and would return shortly to fix the problem.now he will not return phone calls and also has left my roof subject to more damage and pretty much does not care now that he has collected all monies owed to him....do not use this storm chasing company...i have been used and abused

I am a former employee of J. Mitchell Design. I say that with embarassment and humility. I apologize to you customers. I was just an errand boy, but I did know that he wasn't honest. But I HAD to keep my job. I can honestly tell you that Ms. Kendra is not lying, nor is anybody else with complaints. Aaron Mitchell is not a roofer; he is a salesman. He is also a spineless, cocaine-twisted waste of life. I have a wonderful story of my own but I honestly don't feel it's even worth repeating. Basically, nothing is sacred to Aaron. He will screw over ANYBODY to further himself in life. He lies and cheats to customers, employees, contractors and even his family. I have seen this for myself. He can't even be honest with his wife, do you really think he'll be honest with you? Maybe that's the reason why he has 5 pending lawsuits against him. Also, I'm not a big believer in Karma, but it's got its eye on him. He's 30-some years old and is stuck with a colostomy bag. He deserves worse. Back to the point at hand...he has pulled out of the Austin area and I believe he's in Arkansas right now. He is, in fact, a storm-chaser. He didn't even have the fortitude to fire his employees, instead, he just ceased contact with most of them.
