To New in Mesa, Eagle' is a Company that shows up at the Nevada's SOS website at this link: https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx?CorpID=122345 Here are some details: EAGLES TOWER CAPITAL FUNDING GROUP, LLC Member - JAMES M WRIGHT Address 1: 2655 W GUADALUPE ROAD #30 Address 2: City: MESQUITE State: NV Zip: 00000 Country: Opened 10/11/04 they list Mesquite NV. as a place of business with an Arizona address and no zip code. Like every thing else I looked up under this guys name the details are all screwed up. What does Arizona think of him doing business in their state if he can't seem to provide accurate details about his address? Even his name is misspelled on some company filings. Are these details typos or deception?

In response to the reply from earlier, many of us new employees that are new to Suite 30 are a little worried because reading through these complaints listed on this site some of these people have threatened to come to the physical address for satisfaction. The only grace in this all is that they still operate in Suite 24. So we could send anyone to Suite 24. Some of us have seen Jim (James; did not know a last name, but it must be him) Wright removing some of their last possessions with his daughter Tamara, but not Sheila. We know she comes to the office though. A few of their employees have come to the office to seek employment at our company stating "It is too hard to make money DOWN THERE." They also seem to have a telecommunications company with a sign posted on the door that says "Eagle" at Suite 24 and some other man named Rick seems to work with them from that company. Someone from Suite 24 was passing out flyers to other tenants this last week advertising the Eagle telecommunications company. The flyer was advertising phone systems, and Internet connections etc. Does not seem to have anything to do with the "work at home package" that people on this site purchased. It is amazing that they are still operating with so many complaints to the various agencies. We all read on here that they could not sell to residents in Arizona, and South Dakota, yet they operate from Arizona. We over heard our phone man saying he found this site while searching on our address for telecommunication availability. Then someone here in the office logged on and found all of these reports here. They seem to come and go in a normal routine to Suite 24 everyday, and there are employees that sit outside on break during the day. So it seems someone could visit Suite 24 without any trouble. We can't help but wonder after reading all of this if this is the reason they left Suite 30. Suite 24 seems to be active though, so who knows how long they will be there.

New Tenant, There are a lot of people here tring get more info on these people. They seem almost immune to the law. When they piss off local authorities they just pick up and move to next state or form a new company. Anything you can report might help people fighting to get their money back. Is the company still owned by Sheila Wright??? In statements made by Sheila Wright in Atlanta Ga. [see link] she admitted to receiving 250 applicants per week signing up for her JMW Financial Tracer' scam.
