Jodi Cardoza, owner of Maplewood Landscaping of Chattam MA attempts to rent a house on the Waterfront in Harwich Port Ma, worth over 1.2 million, even though she is unemployed, and virtually penniless, makes promises to pay first last and security and then tries to back out of the deal and demand her "nonrefundable" deposit back. This woman agrees to rent a house way over her means with her l*****n partner, without consulting the partner. Then after signing a preliminary lease agreement, and leaving a check towards the first months rent, has a fight with her l*****n lover, and thinks that this is grounds for reneging on her signed contract with the home owner. The homeowner meets with her and regnegotiates the lease to accommodate the new status of the tenant, Jodi Cardoza, who lives in a trailor park the rest of the year, as a now single and unattached l*****n. This landscaper/kayak Queen now agrees to rent the house for a much lesser amount with the contingency that she do extensive renovations and share the household with the homeowner.

But then Jodi Cardoza makes unwelcome sexual advances on the home onwer and makes it clear that she expects sex in exchange for her landscaping work on the property. When the homeowner, a wealthy widow with two grown children, rejects Cardoza's advances, Cardoza then demands a refund of her deposit and begins a lengthy and documentable phone harassment campaine against the widow, just before Christmas of 2008. Cardoza makes numerous threats towards the widow, aledging criminal fraud, deception, internet fraud, violation of contract, threatening to suit for triple damages. When the widow refuses to respond to these threats, Cardoza, continues the phone assault and then asks for the lease to be upheld and demands a move- in date. Just when you thought you'd heard the worst of l*****n dramas, then comes the landscaping l*****n from Chattham vs. the widowed school teacher just trying to get the taxes paid. What next.
