I live in NJ and did send Kelly money for a Chihuahua puppy as well. She took the money and refused to send a puppy nor return the money. She really is a theif.

Kelly Can you explain to ROR and everyone else why you refused to take him back? Why did you refuse when I said I would even pay return shipping on him. What was YOUR response to that?? I have it in EMAILS and VOICEMAILS It was you would NOT take him back, now what type of breeder would want a dog to be where the owenr wasnt happy with the dog? Thats my first point, we arent talking a pair of pants, we are talking a DOG.. A living wonderful being, that will be your companion for the next 15 years, why wouldnt you happily take him back? ANY stand up breeder or person would do so... I BEGGED you to take him back, I even offered to try to resell him here if you refunded all but 500.00, which was sadly what he was worth ..You woudl have no part of that so i told you i was sending him back and would do a dispute via paypal and my cc then. *Jodie knew the paypal loopholes and used them. There are emails to verify Jodie was told he would have to be weighed to get a current and exact weight. Jodie knew he weighed more than what she was putting in her "paypal notes" as a loophole to get out of paying for him. For those not familiar with paypal- it can be VERY tricky and hard to win. I know this was reversed because Jodie tried multiple attemps at NOT paying for him. First was she never recieved the pup. I FLEW HIM TO HER.Once paypal had my affidavit they gave the money back. Then Jodie tried he was bigger than what she wanted. As professional we would NOT get involved but we both talked to her and Jodie knew what hw weighed.I am the Vet Technician that Jodie hired herself to hand deliver the tiny Chihuahua puppy. Here's exactly how it went: I received a phone call on 11/30/06 @ the animal hospital I used to work for prior to moving to my home state). At any rate Ms. Finnigan was looking for someone to hand deliver a TINY little baby Chihuahua to New York as he was too small to travel alone. (The owner of the hospital was there to validate as well) I was then contacted by Ms. Jodie O' Brien to tie up the loose ends and set up my itinerary. I had the following Saturday off, Ms. Jodie O' Brien said "that would be perfect, she would make all arrangements and pay for it also offering me 300.00 cash upon his safe arrival. Ms. O' Brien asked if while Ms. Finnigan was in for the puppy's official health certificate, it's mandatory to fly, could we call her to verify his weight, health and overall personality. After the exam Ms. O' Brien talked to both myself and the examining LICENSED VETERINARIAN and were told his EXACT weight and that although he was EXTREMELY and UNUSUALLY tiny he was a bundle of love and personality. Ms. O' Brien was satsified and went ahead and booked our flight to deliver her, her new baby. I flew out with him on 12/2/06 Ticket # 0162150624783-P to White Plains New York. It was set up prior that if there were ANY problem, issues or upon seeing and handling the puppy Ms. O' Brien could send him back with me- I had a 3 HOUR LAY OVER PRIOR TO RETURNING TO CHICAGO. Once I arrived home I received a call from Kelly that said Jodie filed a complaint saying "she NEVER received the dog". Once Kelly proved it with my affidavit/ noterized statement Jodie then claimed he was larger than what she wanted. All the while she knew prior to us leaving as both the veterinarian and I both gave her his EXACT weight. Dr. **** has also given statements and willing to have the ripoffreport verify everything. This has all been noterized and I am 100% willing to testify in her behalf. I find it most interesting that Jodie has only filed now against Kelly as another person Jodie has scammed has come forward. Jodie- I did met you and you know you are lying. Funny how Kelly hasnt said a THING about these reports.. I guess now that she has 4 people she has screwed over she is going to quietly dissapear.. We will see how 'quiet' she is next week. This immature, horrible woman is still harassing me, this time by filling out applications for car loans, wheelchairs, medical supplies, education and submitted an account to columbia house sending me movies. What she doesnt realize is her IP address came thru ON ALL emails she sent to these places and criminal charges are being filed for fraud and harrasment.
