What is going on? No info on my order. No status no anything from you. Can not even get back to website. A copy of my order enclosed but please cancel and refund my account. This order was placed on

I placed an order with Jodys secret for 3 sports bras. Contacted their support on status but received nothing back. Now all that comes up for the website is a spotify site saying they are no longer a store. No refunds or explanations. Just took money and disappeared.
