Joe Castellano was unsuccesful on the offer for land and he still has not returned my $20,000.00 deposit. Joseph Castellano keeps making up excuses after excuses. Joe Castellano does not deny that he owes the money and the money is to returned. Joe Castellano just makes excuses that his secretary is sick, his accountant is away, blah! blah! blah ! Joe Castellano has been making excuses for three (3) months . Joe Castellano is a loser and a crook.
