We paid for a file that was never delivered. Every file he sent (three total) were not what was paid for. He pulled a bait and switch to the tune of $2500 from us.
Letters sent to him have gone with no reponse:
It has come to our attention that you have failed to deliver an Auto VIN file for which Right1Data paid you $2,500 via wire on October 3, 2014. Our client paid you this amount in advance, based on your promise to deliver the file. As you are no doubt aware, your failure to deliver the file constitutes a breach of contract.
We hereby demand that no later than close of business on Monday, December 8, 2014, you deliver the entire file promised to Right1Data, in the format previously requested. Should you fail to do so, we expect that you will pay Right1Data a full and complete refund no later than close of business on Wed. Dec. 11, 2014. Should you fail to comply with the demands in this letter, our client reserves the right to take all available legal actions against you.
No emails, calls, or response but yet he is still out there slinging fraudulant data.
