Joe Hale Insurance - Waste of Agent's Time Los Angeles California
Joe calls our agency about three to four times a year. The calls always start off the same, he wants to know if we can provide info on specific insurance companies. Then as you start to answer his questions he starts to interupt you and tell you about how the carrier in question and his current agent are ripping him off. If he is calling on an auto policy the MO is that the current agent doesn't even know what a VIN is or a binder. If he is calling on a home it is that he is being unfairly cancelled. Red flags for any agent. The first time he called I tried helping him with his home and spent a half hour listening to his rant and trying to calm him down so I could help him, before he refused to give me enough info to quote him. In all cases he will argue with your answers to his questions and he will tell you he knows a lot about insurance. We have created a client file and now track his calls so we can defend ourselves against any bad review he might post. We just hang up on him once we realize it is him, which only takes a couple of minutes.
His LinkedIn account matches with the info that other RipOff Report people have said about who he works for. Based on my own searches they match up with what little info he did provide me. Save yourself some time and make a note in your client file if you ever get a call from him, because he will call again.

Joe,
We have never supplied you with a quote. We hung up the phone on you. Every time you call you rarely let us ask you questions, and you never answer them, so we never have enough info to supply you with a quote. Please do us all a favor and spend your time getting your insurance online and stop bothering all of the agents that you repeatally call.

I Called This Person Yo Get Information On Insurance He Keep Asking Me The Same Questions I Gave Him What He Wanted And Once He Didand Give Me A Price For What I Need I Called Someone Els Most Insurance People Are The Same Through The US Dont Call A Adjent Buy Your Insurance On The Internert Whatch Out For Fraud
