Complaint Review: Joe Mccauley (All Phase Electric & Construction) - Monroe North Carolina

I am Joe McCauley, owner of All Phase Electric and Construction. The person that posted this is Shashwath Hegde. He resides at 120 Scofield Rd in Charlotte NC. The only fact in the statements made by Mr. Hegde is that I am the owner of this company and I am 5'11, caucasion with dark skin and light colored eyes. I am also the Softball Commisioner for PRAA and UCSL ELITE and I do have 4 daughters.

Aside from those facts, the rest is an atrocious lie. Notice that he does not write his name as the author. Why? Because he would open himself up to a lawsuit. I did do work for him at his home, but he is unmarried and has NO children. He is disgruntled because I did work for him (finished his basement) and it took a lot longer than anticipated. He had wanted me to do work against code so he can rent his basement out and I did not want to finish the project. The balance that he owes me is $2000. The only thing left to complete as per our agreement is to cut in a door. I have pictures of the basement completed. He NEVER gave me a cash advance and the fact that he would make up a lie about me trying to fondle an 8 year old girl is absurd. HE DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A KID!!!!! Read the statement carefully  "In reality, I might have scared him off because my wife caught him trying to fondle our 8 year old daughter, Katy. I rushed home from work, shouted at him, and told him to get out of my house and also called the police."

What did I stay at his home fondling his daughter till he drove 10 minutes from work to home????????? Why would the police not have been called until he "rushed home from work, shouted at him, and told him to get out of my house and also called the police."

Had he called the police for the alleged incident, a police report would have been filed with the Monroe PD (you can look for yourself at http://www.monroenc.org/POLICE/crimereports.htm) THERE IS NO REPORT OF SUCH SAID STATEMENTS.........

LETS GET REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately due to these accusations as well as over 300 phone and text messages stating he was coming to my house and going to kill me, I have contacted the Charlotte/Mecklenburg Police department and Monroe Police departments and have documentation to prove this fact (CMPD complaint #20101030132701 and Monroe PD #OCA10-08149). I have also filed a restraining order (file #10CVD03731). THESE ARE ALL FACTS AND CAN BE LOOKED UP.

He also called from an altered phone number (that came up as my mothers home) and called my mothers home posing as a private investigator. All of these facts are also documented and AGAINST THE LAW.

I have contacted a lawyer and I do intend to pursue a lawsuit against the person that posted this on the grounds of Defamation of Character, Libel and Slander.
