The other night I lokked at an advert on the internet for a scheme to make money from passive advertising, google clicks that type of thing. Joel Comm was the person usually I ignore these get rich quick scheme's but for some reason I thought they had a certain amount credibility. So the offer was pay one dollar have a seven day trail no obligation with recurring billing at $78.64 a month.

Ok so I don't really agree with recurring billing I think its a trap but usually it is easily managed you can just unsubscribe in a similar way to how you joined. BUT NO it was pretty easy to subscribe complete with a little Joel standing next to the box going fill it out I'll wait. I'm not going to comment about the course material but I realised straight away that this type of scheme was not for me and further that this kind of mentality is to me what is destroying the internet as any kind of viable source of information. Ok thats fair I looked at the material didn't like it wanted to end the subscription.

So this is where the problem starts, I go through the site how do I end my subscription? I could join online so I expected to be able unsubscribe online. But NO the only way I can stop Joel Comm from taking $78.64 out of my credit card is to ring his office in business hours in Loveland. I don't know how much love there is in Loveland but there isn't much here. I live in Melbourne, Australia a completely different timezone and an expensive phone call away. The internet is international and 24/7 why is there no way of unsubscribing on the internet - BECAUSE they want to make it difficult for you to unsubscribe even though you don't want the product.

I see this as entrapment, even porn producers allow someone to unsubscribe online how can someone claim to be legitimate when they make money in this way, if Joel Comm really had faith in his product he wouldn't have to make it so difficult to unsubscribe.

I'm sorry you feel that way. We mention our billing terms , not once, not twice, but FIVE times on the order page . We clearly state in our terms that you will be billed after your one week trial. http://www.my-internet-payday.com/index.php?module=order Additionally our Terms page linked from the order page defines the trial clearly. http://www.my-internet-payday.com/index.php?module=terms We have an A+ rating with the BBB http://www.bbb.org/northern-colorado/business-reviews/internet-selling-services/info-media-inc-in-loveland-co-46013275 We have 10's of 1000's of satisfied clients and a fantastic reputation online for our products. We provide a huge amount of value for the $1 trial as well as your first month. Information others have paid over $2000 for via our product line. I can assure you we did not get our A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau by being thieves. They've examined our offers carefully, as have attorney's, and we go over and above all compliance's. Our sales department will make sure you're removed from the system and all payments refunded. Best of success to you. Sincerely, Joey Montez VP of Sales InfoMedia Inc
