When someone purchases a property for use as rental income, one can only hope that individual is willing to maintain the property and to ensure it is kept looking good. In my opinion Joey Bellefeuille of Sudbury Ontario does a very poor job of this.

This property is an eyesore as the original complaint indicates. The front of the property still has Christmas lights up (365 days a year actually), and a show shovel yet it's 20 degrees outside right now without any snow. The side of the house is littered with broken shards of glass where the children that live here play - unsupervised. The back of the property is a mess of toys left scattered about. I've never seen anyone care for the property even for tasks as simple as cleaning up the litter - which sadly I've taken to doing and I don't even live in this place. Take a look under the deck - it's a mess. Take a walk beside the house - it's also a mess. There used to be an old junker of a vehicle sitting in the back yard waiting for someone to buy it because, surprise, it's owner was arrested for driving under the influence. We just love this house, it adds so much to the surrounding property values.

The drug use at 234 Bond is just pathetic. It began with one stoner in the basement who smokes marijuana almost every day and who doesn't seem to care if children or elderly women breath it in. He's finally had the courtesy to put a fan in his window to blow air inside the apartment but you can still smell it if you walk to the right of the property.

On May 2, 2013 I smelled a strong odor of marijuana. Upon walked outside I observed another stoner this time on the front porch smoking a joint in open view. I told him that his drugs were getting into my apartment and I was fed up with this ongoing issue. Now being a caring and courteous stoner, his response was that "the smoke isn't hurting anybody".

I told him there is an elderly woman that gets these odours into her house by the air conditioner and it also gets into my apartment and I didn't want to breathe it in. The stoner responded that the police had been there to speak with him already and they advised him to just smoke in the backyard.

Throughout our exchange he continually referenced this visit from the police telling me over and over they'd already spoken to him and that he should use the back deck. He said that if he were to use the back deck the fumes would only be worse for us - so I suppose the neighbourhood owes him some gratitude for using illegal drugs in plain view of anyone passing by, right on his front porch and allowing it into our windows. What can you expect from a house full of stoners that need to inhale brain frying toxins on a daily basis. Sigh.

I would also like to thank the Greater Sudbury Police for being totally useless and incompetent. If this stoner  lived beside one of their houses I am inclined to think the outcome would have been different.

Joey Bellefeuille in my opinion is an idiot who couldn't care less what happens in his rental property. At this point in time given that there are children in the residence and DAILY drug use, a complaint has been filed to the proper agency in an effort to protect these children from what I feel is nothing less than neglectful parenting. If you could even call it parenting, allowing your children to play unsupervised in an alley containing broken glass and allowing them to run around outside while mariijuana smoke wifts through the air. Smoking a joint just feet away from the door that your kids could walk out of at any moment. How fit can a parent be when they're stoned most of the day?

Should you see an ad for rental property located at 234 Bond Street in Sudbury, in my opinion you shouldn't walk but RUN far away from it.
