Let us start with the drug abuse by staff members, fainting on clients while they are doing foils.
John Azzi was originally based in the strand arcade, gambling and a addiction to other things cost him the salon.
He went bust and was thrown out like a wet dog. Strand Arcade reportedly claimed he was a thief.
The staff are not competent, I do not blame them, none of them get paid the compulsory superannuation.
The backroom is filled with the cheapest colours, if its cheap they have it and charge you top shelf prices.
Let me get in to the credit scams run from this place, once you go to the basin to have your hair shampooed some staff members will go through your bag and take what they can, John azzi has full knowledge of this.
entered this salon to have my hair coloured via a groupon deal, my hair was burnt and looked like hay.
John Azzi approched me and said to me while i was crying "Don't be dramatic" Asked for a refund and he said "you groupon people are all the same" He is a lying scum bag.
My sister had her hair straightened there a few years back and its torched her hair, this was at the Mosman salon.
This salon needs 80% discount deals for anyone to walk in, that is the only way they can attract clients.
the service is shocking, the attitude is appalling. I do not recommend this salon. John Azzi is a liar and imposter.
