Complaint Review: John Beck Free & Clear - Van Nuys California

Hi, I am Alan the self proclaimed real estate guru. I have just compiled a book from my secret source, that lists properties worth tens of thousands of dollars you can buy for 456.00 plus tax. Why would I want to buy these properties myself and make untold amounts of money when I can just sell you the book for say 40.00 plus tax and you can make all the money. I will just work hours and hours and spend money on infomercials just to help you out. This is just the senerio that John Beck wants the gullible public to believe. That he is some kind of Mother Teresa of the real estate world and he is out there just so you can make the money and not him or his henchmen. I do believe Beck has in a couple of cases due to circumstances in his past purchased properties cheap. But that was back in the 60's or 70's. It is now impossible so since he can no longer make money in real estate with his own money, he will invest in real estate with yours. Your money no matter what he has to do to get it. If they did you would never have posted a report regarding their scam, because they would sue you up the wazoo if they could prove that they were indeed able to live up to their claims.
