My program involves the buying and selling of candies. The cost to enroll into my program is only whatever one's able to spare on their credit card(s). Don't ask me however, to obtain candy for you, thus proving that my system works, and offer to pay me ten x's more for the candy than your "maximum available credit", because you'll only expose my scam. I am only interested in milking you for every penny and have absolutely no intention on delivering on my services. There is absolutely no such thing as legitimate "wealth building" programs being sold to total strangers for less than the "earning portential" claimed possible. HOW TO DETERMINE THE LEGITIMACY OF ANY AND ALL WORK AT HOME/BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES/WEALTH BUILDING PROGRAMS, ETC, ETC: 1. Is the cost to enroll into the program less than the "earning potential" claimed possible? 2. If so, why? 3. What would any company have to gain by sharing such "wealth building" secrets to complete strangers, for less than the profits they'd make selling it? 4. Why aren't these inbreded $h!t pedddlers using the systems themselves, but are instead adamant about getting these "secrets" into the hands of total strangers? 5. Why can't any of these inbreded $h!t peddlers PROVE any of their so called "success stories?" Infomercials are PAID for and thus says, means or proves nothing about a business and or it's reputation. 6. Testimonials are also meaningless. ANYONE can claim to have found success with ANYTHING. Proving it is a whole different ball of wax. "I am a success story with Mike Evan's mom. She's so cheap. She'd agree to perfoem sexual favors for $4.50, but I'm afraid of catching a sexually transmitted disease." What's so hard about this? 7. The Better Business Bureau is a crock. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take the opinions of the Better Business Bureau as a green light to conduct business with a company. Better Business Bureaus are scams themselves. They are PAID by many businesses that are ripping consumers off in the first place. Reports regarding the Better Business Bureau's PAID members are not made public. I wonder why? 8. Why is the cost to enroll into many of these fraudulent programs directly proportional to ones "available credit?" 9. Legitimate work at home/business opportunities/wealth building programs NEVER charge enrollment fees, start up costs, etc, etc, that exceeds the cost of their materials. Why would they, unless they were only interested in profiting from the sale of their bogus program? When was the last time an employer collected fees from his employees? 10. I am searching for a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a decent neighborhood. The apartment shall be clean, well kept/in living condition and have at least 950 sq. ft. of living space under the roof. 3. The apartment shall be no more than 20 years old and must be absolutely free and clear of all taxes, liens, and encumbrances. 4. The apartment shall be fee simple. 5. The maintenance fee for this apartment shall not exceed $250.00 a month. 6. The apartment shall be constructed of concrete, be located no higher than the second floor and have a few simple ammenities such as public pools, a play ground, barbeque area, tennis court, etc, etc. 7. The apartment shall have a lanai/balcony. This is a very reasonable request for someone like yourself who purports to have information on how to obtain such properites. Most realtors may have some difficulty achieving this task, but it should be absoultely no problem for anyone that claims to have the ability to mentor others to obtain such properties. Upon an inspection of the apartment with a licensed realtor and a Real Estate attorney and my agreement to purchase the apartment, I agree to purchase it for $100,000.00 cash. The propety must meet the seven simple contingencies listed above. I am offering in the public eye, more than 15 x's the amount of money which you tried to scam me out of for services, which according to your own statements, should be relatively easy for you to accomplish. Well, since my last post...I recieved a "refund agreement from the Maggots of America, and thought I was gaining ground...however it was just a clever ploy to get my signiture, and in the body of the refund agreement letter was"By issueing this refund.Maggots of America is in no way stating that these monies are not owed nor that the services were not rendered." I sent the letter to my creditcard chargeback dept as evidence, and they said "don't sign it" Also an interesting note from them that they do NOT HONOR VERBAL AGREEMENTS IN A DISPUTE. ...MEANING....they lose and I win. I never signed a contract. Also here is a partial list of everyone I have contacted regarding the scam....the State Police;the FBI; the attourney General; the FTC, The IRS (who were very interested)THE B.B.B; Fraud hotline, Channel 8 news;20-20 Fed-ex Security; Every day I will contact someone new and re-contact someone else. My goal is to ruin this group of assholes, and I will, i promise. Every agency took this websight to reference. REID: Unfortunately Chip, people that want to better their lives are perfect targets for these inbreeds. CHIP: Wow! before we could even review the material, she got a latenight call from Mentors of America. It seems they were looking for a sucess sory in Michigan and if she qualified, it could be her.
