4/26/05 10:30 P.M.

Earlier this evening my husband and I were fraudulently duped into purchasing John Beck's Mentoring system that included coaching and software. After the whirlwind phone call, we had a couple minutes to sit back and think about certain things that were done and said throughout the conversation and almost instantly felt uneasy about things. The following are a few things that did not seem right.

1) When talking with Noel Winters, he had informed us that he was a youth minister and that of course integrity was everything when my husband said he was skeptical. Noel said that if they get even 3 complaints through a credit card company in a month, that they would no longer have business with that company. So, we believed him. When I asked Noel what his net worth was, using this process, he said 3 million dollars. When Noel was going through all of our credit card information (wanting to know what balances were owed, and what credit limits we had) he had said it was to make sure that we had enough of credit available to use OPM other people's money (i.e. the bank's money) to invest in real estate so that if they used us for their infomercials, that they could legitimately say that we had purchased property without using any of our own money. After we had gotten off the phone, my husband and I both wondered how we could use our credit cards for real estate investments.

2) Ironically, the credit available that we had left on the card was almost EXACTLY the amount that he said the charge was for the counseling and software. When my husband (we were both on the phone throughout the conversation) asked him if everyone gets charged the same amount ($14,485 for this counseling and software), Noel adamantly said yes. When my husband was concerned with giving our card # over the phone, Noel responded by insisting that he had contacted us because we purchased John Beck's Free and Clear and that if they wanted to scam us they would have overcharged our credit card then. By the way we had $10,000 of credit available on our American Express and $5,000 available on our Discover. All of our other cards were at the credit limit so how convenient that they charged almost the exact amount we had available.

3) Noel made us feel like we were fortunate to get chosen for this opportunity because he said that only a select few (35-40 out of thousands) would be selected for this opportunity to invest this huge amount of money to join this special team. Unfortunately we were lied to, and it's apparent that they take any and everyone that is willing to fork over the last of their credit limit to try and get ahead.

4) We had wondered, again when we hung up the phone, why the conversation with the Noel was not recorded, yet the conversation with the woman charging our cards was recorded. When she asked us if he had promised that we would make money through their counseling, etc., we said no, because it's true that he did state that he could not put an exact dollar amount on the amount of income we would make; however, he did say that we definitely would receive the $14,485 back in the taxes we'd be spared from now owning our own business and that within 8 to 10 weeks we would be making even more money off of our real estate investments if we followed what our coach said. He could not pinpoint an exact amount but definitely said it would be more than our initial investment.

With now a lot of skepticism with things just not sitting right, my husband and I immediately (within an hour) contacted Discover (which they charged $4,985) and AMEX (which they charged $10,000) to stop the charges. Unfortunately the charges had already been made to Discover and were pending with AMEX and were told to try and request a refund directly from the company before filing the dispute. We tried to contact Noel and the company again tonight, but they were closed for the evening. I will call again tomorrow, first thing, to tell them to credit our accounts and to cancel the introductory phone call from the coach on Monday, May 2nd at 4:30P.M. (not the counseling session) before we receive any paperwork or counseling sessions or software. If they won't credit our accounts tomorrow, we will immediately file a dispute with our credit card companies which are already aware of our intentions as of tonight.

After my husband and I finished talking, we got online to see if we could find out if other consumers had complaints. I was DESTROYED when I realized how many complaints there were against this company. I was ESPECIALLY upset when I realized that Noel had completely lied to us, and it was apparent that they did NOT charge EVERYONE the same $14,485 as Noel Winters had said they did. The charges were so varied that it became extremely apparent that the company was charging consumers based on the credit available on their cards, and other consumers had stated the same belief in their online complaints.

My husband and I are hardworking individuals that have served (I'm an Air Force veteran) and are serving (he's an air force pilot) our country and are trying to get ahead in life. This debt, that we thought would help us, has just put an even bigger burden on our life. Because of this, if we do not get our refund, our lives will be much worse off due to the financial and emotional stresses of this additional $14,485 debt. Please ensure that this company does not get away with this.

If they do not credit our AMEX and DISCOVER we will dispute it with both credit card companies, file a complaint with BBB, file a complaint with the FBI and IFCC and write letters and make phone calls to CNN, 60 Minutes, 20/20, Time, Newsweek, U.S. News, World Report, Money Magazine, 48 Hours, Dateline, NBC Nightly News, ABC News, and all other leading news agencies to blow the cover on this horrible scam! The truly scary thing is we have not been able to find hardly any positive consumer reports supporting John Beck's coaches for the thousands of dollars they charge. In a world with so many horrible things happening to people, how could companies and individuals STEAL from innocent people trying to better their lives?

Completely sick to our stomachs,

Sharene and Jason

P.S. I have included hyperlinks of complaints from other consumers that have been raped by this company. Also, we have not signed, nor will never sign any contracts or sign for any items that Noel Winters said we will be receiving in the next couple of days. We will have them returned unsigned for (hopefully they're sent FedEx as the company said they would be) as proof that, not only did we refuse to sign any contracts or accept any products, but have no intention of going any further with this company or accepting any coaching. Also, I'm printing this letter out and sealing it in an envelope and mailing it back to myself as proof that these things did occur on the dates/times that I've stated.

God help us get our refunds!

Hey there Everyone, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. WARNING: There is no person or business marketing legitimate "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible. Any and all businesses, that claim otherwise are SCAMS, as it would make absolutely no sense for any business to market such information to total strangers and for such an enormous loss to themselves. But since there are so many inbreeds and degenerates, that are adamant and determined to peddle garbage, I've decided to PROVE beyond any reasonable doubt and in the public eye, that these inbreeds and degenerates are full of $h!t and are committing brazen criminal acts. It makes zero sense for any business to market their "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible. EXAMPLE: Mike Evans (result of incest) from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute claimed that I would be "mentored" to earnings of $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month. All this and much more for whatever "available credit" on my credit cards? $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month for only $6,400.00? HERE'S THE DEAL: Since these incestuous maggots insist on giving "moneymaking" secrets away to total strangers and for a loss to themselves, why don't they make payments due them contingent upon one profiting from the use of their program? Yeeeah! A 50/50 split sounds reasonable. Any business that were truly able to yeild someone the kind of profits the John Beck Inbreed Team claims would definitely agree to a "contingent upon" profiting deal. 50% of something is a whole lot better than 100% of nothing. HERE'S MY OPEN CHALLENGE TO ANY AND ALL CLAIMING TO BE MARKETING REAL ESTATE MENTORING PROGRAMS: Since these inbreeds are so adamant about sharing their "wealth ideas" with total strangers and for a loss, I've decided to sweeten the deal. I invite any one of these incestuous beings to come forward in the public eye and purchase a single family dwelling for me in my area. THE SIMPLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CHALLENGE ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The property must be located in my hometown (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 2. The property and dwelling must be absolutely Free and Clear of all leins, encumberances, taxes and right of redemtion. Free and clear title in short. 3. The property must be located in a decent neighborhood, one of the following areas would be ideal, however negotiable; Aiea, Newtown, Royal Summit, Kahala, Pearl City, Kapolei, Waikiki, Kailua, Kaneohe, Diamond Head, Liliha, Moanalua Valley, Salt Lake, Moanalua Gardens, Kalama Valley, Waialae Ike, Kaimuki, Mililani Mauka, Waipio Gentry, Waikele, Royal Kunia, Hawaii Kai, Alewa Heights, Mililani Town, Ewa Beach (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 4. The dwelling must be clean and in decent living condition (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 5. The home should have at least 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 6. The home must have at least 4000 square feet of living area under the roof and must also possess a decent sized yard (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 7. The property shall not exceed $10,000.00 (NOTICE: $10,000.00 is a much higher figure than the average $500.00-$1,000.00 homes featured on John Beck's fraudulent Infomercial). Upon inspection of said property by myself, a hired Realtor and Attorney, and acceptence, I agree to pay 10x the amount in cash (not to exceed $100,000.00) and in the public eye for all to see. My criteria is very straight forward and my willingness to pay 10x the purchase price in the public eye, to anyone interested in taking on this challenge would yeild them much more profit than the average persons "available line of credit." I have listed twenty five different neighborhoods and have provided an excellent opportunity for any one of the many inbreeds to possibly make a $97,000.00 profit in the public eye, and finally PROVE their program worthy of marketing. The terms and conditions of the offer is well in their favor. CAN I MAKE THE CHALLENGE ANY F%CK!NG EASIER?!?! I F%CK!NG ADDED FOUR MORE AREAS TO MY LIST OF ACCEPTABLE LOCATIONS! HAWAII'S NOT THAT BIG YOU F%CK!NG INBREEDS! WHAT'S TAKING SO LONG TO FIND ME A PROPERTY? I'M OFFERING ANY ONE OF YOU INBREEDS 10X THE PURCHASE PRICE, WHICH IS A LOT MORE THAN WHAT YOU CHARGE THE AVERAGE PERSON FOR YOUR FRAUDULENT PROGRAM! Any and all that fail to accept this EASY challenge are wothless scum and anything and everything they may say regarding this open challenge are just excuses commonly made by inbreeds commiting blatant FRAUD. Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Hi Sharon: My name is JoAnn. I'm sorry you fell victim to this scam. I have yet to meet someone who paid more than I did. I was charged $13960.00, exactly the amount of credit I had available on my Master Card. I got them to agree IN WRITING two times to refund the money, and not dispute the reversal of charges my credit card company gave me, and they still sent my account to collections. They authorized a full refund, then sent $7600 to collections citing the 3 20 minute phone calls (that were supposed to be 30 minute calls) and the 1 missed call, which comes to something like $95.00 a minute to speak with a "mentor" who did little more than refer me to a website called bid4assets.com, a real joke. I have now involved an attorney in Los Angeles who is a consumer advocate! Many of us on this site have attempted to contact all the media you mentioned, with no results. Please go ahead and try yourself. Maybe they'll get the hint once they hear from the literally hundreds of ripped off people that have been scamed by John Beck/Mentoring of America. Please keep us posted, as I am printing all of the complaints against this company as evidence for my attorney.

Hey there Everyone, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. WARNING: There's no such thing as legitimate "mentoring" or "coaching" programs of any kind via telephone converstaions. Any program claiming to be providing these services are ALL scams! How do I know this? Well, the FREE information regarding these topics provided on the Internet and in medical encyclopedias tell me so. If you do not have these sources readily available to you, contact me and I'll sure to beat whatever these imbreeds wish to charge you for their fraudulent "mentoring" programs. My dad had seen an advertisement regarding a FREE cassette tape regarding ATTACKING ANXIETY. I told him that I'd call to inquire since I know just how f%ck!ng dirty businesses can be. Sure enough, just as the fraudulent John Beck Imbreed team does and the many other degenerates peddling $h!t do, she tried to sell me on fraudulent "coaching." NOT SO F%CK!NG FREE AFTER ALL EH? I wanted so bad to sell her on my "coaching." Pick one BIAAACH!! Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Hey there Sharene, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. SHARENE: In the State of Utah, no matter WHAT those idiots try to scare you into believing over at John Becks' Mentoring of America, you have 3 days to cancel your purchase. REID: In most states if not all, no matter WHAT those idiots try to scare one into believing over at John Beck's Mentoring of America, victims have 3 days to cancel their purchases. Even if the 3 days in which to cancel were to expire, the many victims of John Beck's Mentoring of America have many recourses available to them. 1. Filing criminal reports based on fraud, with various government and law enforcement agencies. 2. Disputing the fraudulent charge(s) with their credit card companies. 3. Multiple class action or individual lawsuits based on fraud and a few other criminal activities, etc, etc. John Beck's program is a SCAM and it's not even just my opinion. There is absolutely nothing REAL about his program or any other "wealth building" programs, or someone would have came forward a long time ago to PROVE me wrong. SHARENE: Their tactics are to borderline threaten people into believing that they are liable because they verbally agreed to a "no refund policy"; however, I called them back within a few hours to inform them that they could shove it, and that I wasn't signing or accepting anything they sent. REID: John Beck's team of imbreeds flat out threatens people. To suggest that John Beck's team of imbreeds borderline threatens people, would be the same as suggesting that their program is borderline fraudulent. There's no fine line here. Mike Evans's (king "result of incest") threatened to sue me, if I ever decided to go forward with my dispute. Well guess what? I disputed the fraudulent charges and never even received a letter from John Beck's fraudulent collection agency EPN. SHARENE: After, no kidding, 2 hours of them trying to rudely tell us what we had verbally agreed to this scam, and saying that he (Jared Stahura - Head Schemer), I reminded him of the Utah law that states I have 3 days to cancel my purchase, and told him he could waste his time fighting it because my card companies were already aware of what was happening and if the charges went through and we disputed it, that we would get our money back and they would be affected negatively. He finally said that he didn't want people that weren't "motivated" on his team and that he would not proceed with the charges. REID: Yes these degenerates are very rude. "Affected negatively" however, is putting it very lightly. Someone, somewhere, someday will definitely need to go to jail for this SCAM. SHARENE: So, as of right now, the charges have not been processed, but they are still in approval status with Discover and AMEX. I hope they are smart enough to know that we are going to win this thing, as we cancelled within the allotted time period by their state law, AND we have not signed anything, nor recieved any products, and if we do, we will not accept them or open them. REID: Know, that I have received John Beck's garbage, opened the boxes, used John Beck's garbage, realized that what I had been receiving as far as service was a far cry from what has been agreed upon, disputed the charges on the disguised "quality of service" option and easily won a favorable decision. SHARENE: I'll let you know if anything other than what we expect happens within the 14 days they have to proceed with the charges. REID: Keep Everyone informed of your progress. SHARENE: GOD BLESS... In the State of Utah, no matter WHAT those idiots try to scare you into believing over at John Becks' Mentoring of America, you have 3 days to cancel your purchase. Their tactics are to borderline threaten people into believing that they are liable because they verbally agreed to a "no refund policy"; however, I called them back within a few hours to inform them that they could shove it, and that I wasn't signing or accepting anything they sent. After, no kidding, 2 hours of them trying to rudely tell us what we had verbally agreed to this scam, and saying that he (Jared Stahura - Head Schemer), I reminded him of the Utah law that states I have 3 days to cancel my purchase, and told him he could waste his time fighting it because my card companies were already aware of what was happening and if the charges went through and we disputed it, that we would get our money back and they would be affected negatively. He finally said that he didn't want people that weren't "motivated" on his team and that he would not proceed with the charges. So, as of right now, the charges have not been processed, but they are still in approval status with Discover and AMEX. The companies told us that they have 14 days to process the charge, so we'll see what happens within the next 14 days. I hope they are smart enough to know that we are going to win this thing, as we cancelled within the allotted time period by their state law, AND we have not signed anything, nor recieved any products, and if we do, we will not accept them or open them. I'll let you know if anything other than what we expect happens within the 14 days they have to proceed with the charges. GOD BLESS...

Hi Jason and Sharene Do as you thought do not sign or execpt any thing from them. Doucument eveything possible. It is likely they use toll free numbers; If you choose to send them anything, send certified with return. Get transmission reports of any fax. Have others around you get involved if possible and wittness and beable to testify if needed. Have some one record, or you record phone calls if you feel they involve fraud. Make sure you dispute it with the card companies in writen form. You may want to also document mailings of this if needed for latter uses. Look at the consumer protection laws in the state of Utah if you feel this is the correct place. Do as Reid suggests and file your reports with the various agencies. Even though we think our card companies may help with this type of problem they may not. I am not an attorney so this is just a few suggestions that may help. Good luck and may God Bless and give you a helping hand. Al

Dispute The Charges Immediately! John Beck's Program Is Fraudulent!

Hey there Sharene, I hope that this rebuttal finds you and your husband Jason in good spirits and health. Contact your credit card company immediately and notify them of your interest in disputing the charge(s) based on FRAUD. Your credit card company will more than likely recommend, that you base your dispute on their disquised "quality of services", regardless of the fact your credit card company deliberately authorized the charges, while already aware of John Beck's program as being fraudulent. I suggest you just go ahead and play along with your credit card company's stupid song and dance (aiding and abetting in FRAUD), as it will make the dispute process a lot easier on yourself. Being ignorant of the law is no protection and that goes for credit card companies (bureaucracies) as well. When time permits, file complaints on Noel Winters from the fraudulent John Beck Imbreed Team on basis of FRAUD and EXTORTION. Contact the FBI, The Federal Trades Commission, The Department Of Consumer Protection, The Department Of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General's Office in your hometown to file multiple complaints. Until next time, take care Sharene and Jason cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Hey there Sharene, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. I'd like to start off by welcoming you and your husband to the club of many, that have already been duped by this fraudulent company. This program is without a doubt fraudulent. 1. Contact your credit card company immediately and dispute the charge. 2. Contact Noel Winters and explain to him, that you are interested in making it real simple. Either he refunds your money, or personally gets reported to the FBI on grounds of FRAUD. 3. File complaints with the FBI, The Federal Trade Commission, The Department Of Consumer Protection, and The Department Of Commerce And Consumer Affairs. Until next time, take care Sharene cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless. Keep in touch.
