 We bought a John Deere tractor for $2,400.00. The tractor only had 10.5 hours of mowing when it stopped working. Then you have to wait about an hour before you can use it again. My problem is since we spent so much on the tractor our old trailer was not big enough to transport our mower to the shop to get looked at. I called John Deere and told them since the tractor was only a couple of months old with only 10.5 hours of mowing we did not want to spend $135.00 on them coming to get it. The tractor is brand new and we should not have to spend anymore money on it. If there is a defect then John Deere should pay the $135.00 for transport. He guy from John Deere said they will not pay the $135.00. So in other words the company does not care about their customers and only about making money. this is not a good company to do business with.
