John F. Manno of Summit Realty Group is a rip off artist and a liar. He owe's upwards of $20,000.00 in commission to me. Another former employee that he ripped off took him to Superior Court and John Manno LOST the case.
He has also had his license revoked from 2001 to 2004. That says it all.
DO NOT ever apply to work for Summit Realty Group unless you want to work for free, get harassed and get fired without just cause.
Currently involved in a lawsuit with John Manno because he has done nothing but harass me and my family and threatened a client of mine. He is off his rocker. BE CAREFUL!

Watch out, this rip-off artist is also doing business in Colorado. 8924 Tappy Toorie Place, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
Has no business being licensed in Real Estate. Check out the DRE database website and it will show you that his license has been revoked. He is full of lies.
John Manno has been reported to the Orange County Assoc. of Realtors for sharing confidential information after signing a confidentiality agreement.
If you have done business with him you may want to consider a restraining order. He will harass and threaten you relentlessly.
