John Higgins ,Old Tyme Woodworking scammed elderly mother of $30,000, stole gun collection & Model A car Lockport New York
John Higgins did some rehab work to my 87-year old mother's home and claimed to own three separate properties of hers without having taken title or paid her any money for them. Repeatedly falsely assured her that city code violations on 2 of those properties were being fixed while accepting checks totaling over $30,000 from her within one year. Did some renovations on her personal home, but not nearly that amount. Also stole gun collection, furniture and Model A car from her.
Have spoken to other local individuals who also have lost money to John Higgins without receiving the services he promised.
