Trying to prey on new agents or houses that have been on the market a long time to trick you into escrow with them. We had an agent unfortunately fall for this and we are stuck in a lawsuit with them to get us out of their "escrow" company, Preferred Settlement Escrow. They are unlicensed and will not let us out so now we have to sue. Not fun, so BEWARE!!
