John and Katrina came to a 'food for the needy' at our church and began their ripoff of more than half the congregation. We were told he was in the Army. One woman gave him $$ for rent (she cashed in her LRA) another gave him advance pay- he never showed up. I paid money to the Rx for his meds (later found it was Methadone). He joined our choir and brought his children to church. A model family. Through relatives who are with FDLE I found his record of Rape of a Minor in Texas. Through the same relatives found I could go to www.sheriffsoffice.com andfind his record - and be notified if he moved anywhere. Only July 3 he was arrested by Citrus Sheriff in Beverly Hills for failing to register a new address for a sex offender, which must be done within 48 hours of the move. I was notified he was in jail as of that day, and have NOT recieved any info that that has changed.

I gave the wrong web address for the Citrus County Sheriff's Dept. The correct web address is www.sheriffcitrus.org Once you get to that web page, click on Public Information, then arrest reports, then give the July 03, 2008 date to find his record.
