Complaint Review: John Ritcheson/Evangelist/Chuch of God/Voice of Deliverance - Boiling Springs South Carolina

If you can't believe things every once in awhile, I know how you feel. I lost two weeks of pay, that I know I'll get back thanks to John Ritcheson. My boss Derek did an incredible job for these people, and right now I'm searching for possible recordings of there calls. If you have the time to go through all the emails and text messages from both his wife Pam Ritcheson and John, you'll come to the conclusion that these people who preach the word of God, don't mean what they say, and don't say what they mean? I hate people like this! Especially people who put on the God mask, and profit only by doing this. My boss went to the President of the bank with an email at 1 in the morning, on a Friday night, when the loan wasn't moving for a month with the loan officer who threatened to kill the loan on 2 occasions, even said he was passing on it. His email enacted the Vice President of the bank to get involved, and apparently my boss ruffled their feathers, because they told the loan officer not to talk to my boss Derek anymore, even though he had written and verbal permission? When I started working for Derek, he said well, thank God the bank did this now, because other than maybe couple small things they'll need, the appraisal is the biggest one, and it's ordered finally. My boss had a contract with John, which was expiring, and since he found the bank, when John and Pam apparently were on there third or fourth person who took this on, and despite all the drama with this bank, my boss succeeded in getting them to take the loan, because of Derek going up to the top of the chain of command to save this loan, after a month of this guy who originally got the loan wasted ungodly amounts of time? He ignored my boss about extending the contract, which I later found was on purpose. The Ritcheson's were trying to get this approved for close to a year, and my boss was the only one who convinced this bank to do this, because of the way John reports his income. Derek got them 3 or 4% interest only, when they were willing to pay 12% when he first got to know them? After avoiding my boss for weeks, Derek finally got him on the phone, and he said the loan officer (who's a joke) and Vice President said he had nothing to do with getting this closed??? You mean when he went to President, who got mad at my boss, who then went to Vice President, and Vice President went to loan officer who was threatening,if not enacting the denial of this loan, saving it for you! John Ritcheson said, if I gave you my car to fix, and you gave it back to me still broken, what would you do? What a joke!!! Excuses are the only thing these people are good for! My boss normally doesn't do this for anybody, unless his company or himself on on the HUD at closing. I heard John tell him on speaker phone about 3 weeks before all this happened, and he was supposedly still waiting for commitment from bank, I know I owe you a lot of money. South Carolina First Federal Credit Union has a lot to be desired internally. That's a bank that will not acknowledge fault or deal with sub par loan officers? To say that, if it was ever said at all, is delusional. My boss left John a message after he blew up at him a couple days later, referencing his car broken scenario and said, I gave you a perfect car, went to grab the receipt book to get paid, and you kicked the doors in, smashed the windows, slashed the tires, and when I came out, you said "What's This?" John and Pam Ritcheson are both con artists. Read my bosses emails and texts! It's incredible how needy they are, and how they have no respect for people's time. Don't give these people any money! They are scamming you, and don't believe anything they're telling you, and more importantly, don't care about you!!!
