John Tatro, Judge Tatro Corrupt, Incompetent, Criminal Carson City Nevada
Judge John Tatro is one of the most incompetent, corrupt and just plain criminal judges you will ever see.
Tatro has no legal education, training or experience in anyway, to make even a simple legal decision, nor can he even give you legal advice either. He rules in favor of the criminal even when proven they have lied, falsied evidence, committed intentional perjury, without any problem at all. Victimizing the victim even more seems to be his little game. Setting criminals loose to commit crimes again and again or expose the victim and witnesses to them for further harassment by a criminal is Tatro's forte. That and violating the Constitutional Rights of victims for due process and presentation of evidence. All to help protect his criminal "buddies". Tatro has even made prejudicial statements toward victims at the begining of hearings. Loves calling the truth and evidence proving such, (witnesses, surveilance camera videos, pictures, etc) "bizzare". At times even providing the criminal a defense to use.
Tatro his set on the bench numerous times while appearing to be drunk. Even as early as 10am in the morning. This has been witnessed numerous times.
Judge Tatro has had many and still has several complaints against him for Judical Misconduct that have yet to be reviewed. He his even been recorded resently, committing perjury in court and receiving hand signals from the Carson City DA on how to answer questions while on the witness stand. Many of the DAs know that he is incompetent but fighting him isn't a "career builder" move. (Good Olde Boy Club). Lawyers in the area don't even what to deal with him because he's so corrupt.
This last Dec 2012, "someone" fired 2 bullets threw Tatro's home front door and threw the house. Several months later it was "quietly" revealed that "Judge Tatro" was having an affair with one of his young court clerks and her boyfriend didn't take kindly to it and sent him a message.
Tatro has resently made rulings of 2 Capitol Murder cases that are upcoming in Carson City and as such has made a case for Mistrail and a defense for the criminals that committed murder. Tatro's rulings make it possible for the defense to further victimize the victims has Tatro likes to do.

As a paralegal I visit the courthouse on a regular basis. While having extra time I sometimes set in on courtroms to watch, listen and learn.
I set in a TPO hearing on May 12th, 2014 that Tatro was hearing. The Plaintiff was a complete and total lying idiot. He had no proof of anything, any evidence of anything he claimed and contradicted myself regularly his whole speech. He even when to the point of committing slader and defination of character against the defendant in his opening speech. I did find his name on the docket. It is Kenneth Omey. The defendant, who won the case easliy, will remain nameless due to his innocence.
The defendant had his attorney do the talking (smart move) while Omey made a complete andf total fool of himself. Omey continued using foul language to the point that Tatro had to warn him twice, the second time threatening to put Omey (the plaintiff) in jail. That's how studip this Omey is.
When the defendant showed a police report, and had what looked like a video of what happened, on Omey from April 25th, 2014 that Omey had screamed physical threats at the defendant, Omey acted like he knew nothing of it. When told that criminal charges are pending by the DA's office against Omey, he again acted innocent.
Once Tatro dismissed the whole phoney case against the defendant, he APOLOGIZED to Omey that he couldn't give him the TPO since he had to evidence of ANY WRONG DOING, except by Omey.
Then in a total act of unprofessionism, misconduct and just plain rude, Tatro called the defendant a jerk. Stated how "he knew the defendant was doing these things but had no proof to screw him over. It was clear Tatro was afraid of the defendant's attorney filling "misconduct" charges against him if he did grant the TPO.
Tatro is a danger to the legal system and the rights of the innocent and seems to favor the Perp when it comes to his rulings. This Judge Tatro needs to be removed from the bench to protect the innocent from him and ruining good peoples lives.
