I was selling my Nikon D7200 camera body on eBay when I received a message from a person asking if I could end my listed item and sell them my camera for whatever my asking price may be and they would add an additional $150 for the shipping cost to send it to their daughter who is on a trip abroad. After recieving a payment to my emai that said it was in escrow until I sent that tracking number, something seemed off to me. The way he was wording his texts messages to me (luckily I had used a texting app on my phone so my real number wouldn't be used when talking to this person) After looking further into the email I had realized that it was send from "[email protected]". I quickly googled the email and found a situation the exact same as mine that had happened.
