1. You would get more sympathy from readers if you didn't go on an illogical rant about Johnson & Johnson and their involvement in satanic cult rituals. ANSWER: it is a proven fact they are a member of a Satanic bloodline family. go to infowars.com and get bohemian grove details. BUT you are right, it is not entirely relevant to my complaint. however, i did not list this complaint to get sympathy. 2. If you are having trouble making ends meet, you could go to local food banks for additional groceries. With your disability, I am certain you could qualify for their services. ANSWER: in my opinion, your answer is not relevant to my complaint. i am not claiming to be right on the basis that i am poor; rather, on the basis of correctness and accurateness. i appreciate the advise, nevertheless. 3. The money from little Meghans piggy bank would have been better spent on a package of chicken legs/thighs at the grocery store, or better yet, beans and rice. These items from a grocery store are a much better value than Burger King chicken sandwiches. Or you could have used it for bus fare to get to the food bank. Spending what little money you have on Burger King sandwiches is foolish. ANSWER: in my opinion, your answer is not relevant to my complaint. my poor judgment/spending habits do not mitigate my complaint against Johnson & Johnson, nor am I blaming Johnson & Johnson for my disabilityor my lack of resources. but once again, your advise is well appreciated. 4. I have a question though, why does a disabled person have four children he/she apparently can't support? Statistically, it is virtually impossible for ALL four children to be autistic...it isn't genetically linked. ANSWER: if you work for Johnson & Johnson, just come out of the closet and say so. you remind me very much of professional a conspiracy theory and ufo theory debunker. REMEMBER, i am the dad-dy. you have just implied that my wife had an affair. but, to be the devil's advocate, i will entertain getting dna tests to make sure my kids are all mine. just because you pissed me off does not mean you are altogether wrong. what is known as a fact is that my kids all have autism-based on medical diagnosis from doctors and specialists (neurologists, etc.). SUMMARY: i am not looking for pity or someone to help me slay Johnson & Johnson. I am perfectly capable of entertaining and executing a wide variety of actions to impact the company negatively. i am knowledgable and trained in military-grade psychological warfare. also on an emotional level, i experience little to no fear. and like "Tealc" on Stargate SG1, i love to do battle. there is nothing i would like more than an all out confrontation with Johnson & Johnson. a barrage of lawsuits, p.r. campaigns. i'll even blow the dust off "My Lost Keys of Solomon" and summons the demons of hell, if that is the course i decide. on the otherhand, JOHNSON & JOHNSON is an arrogant big and dumb corporate goliath. THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW BATTLE HAS BEGUN, AND THAT THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED ON MY AXIS OF EVILDOERS LIST!

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/medical-devices.html If it did, and J&J did actually contact eBay to have your listing removed, it couldn't have been because glucose meter is a restricted term to J&J. I don't show that in the TESS database. However, I could see that J&J would want to prohibit someone from buying a glucose meter of their own second-hand, as the FDA will hold them (J&J) responsible for their glucose meter after any kind of sale, so I wouldn't want that kind of liability.
