It is always a great shame to hear a customer hasn't been given a service, which they're not 100% happy with. I would be very disappointed if I was not given a refund at a salon if I hadn't used the products. Unfortunately yourself and your Son did say the products had been used. This not a problem though as these used products can be returned to L'Oreal professional for a full refund, which is fantastic. We at Jarratts of London strive to make our clients feel at home and comfortable with in the great surroundings, which we offer at the salon and at Liberty Station Marketplace. Jarratts of London does have a return policy which is clearly displayed in the salon and on our website www.jolsalon.com which offers 24/7 online booking and appointment confirmation via email. We also give every client whether new or returning a complimentary consultation were we discuss the best styles, cuts, aftercare services, service costs and the best professional products in the hair industry. All are staff are trained regularly to the highest standard and only have the clients interest at heart. I would like to apologize to you and only wish that you had taken the offer of a full refund up at the salon and that offer still stands because we do care for every one of our clients.
