Complaint Review: jonathan - Kyogle Other

Beware this man, and his illegal, immoral "development". His name is jonathan (all lower case, no last name...alarm bells yet?)

He is illegally selling lots on a "development" that is unapproved, council had rejected his proposal for a multiple occupancy (rural land sharing community) based on the destruction of old growth forest, and bushfire risk. He intends to continue illegally.

He cost ratepayers of the area over $100,000.00 in court costs when he took his claim to the land and environment court, he then dropped the claim, leaving the shire with the bill.

He has caused major environmental damage by way of a ridiculous creek crossing, which has caused about 15meters of erosion of creek banks and caused a block in the waterway, preventing aquatic life from moving upstream. He has been issued an order to restore the creek and repair damage, which he returned to the state water authority, he has been fined for the damage, and refuses to pay, claiming the law does not apply to him.

He has been issued a notice to cease illegally living on the property in an illegal, dangerous dwelling with no waste water services installed...also next to the watercourse. Again he ignores authorities and claims laws do not apply to him.

He has been caught driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle numerous times, and is about to face court for that, again claiming laws don’t apply to him.

He claims he has seceded from the country and makes his own laws. He claims police, and other officials serving him notices and fines in an attempt to protect the environment, and those he intends to ripoff, have trespassed and are due to pay $1,000,000 dollar fines.

He has registered his name as a trademark and claims no one is allowed to send him a letter now, or they face his fines up to Ten Billion Dollars (i know sounds like Dr. Evil). He claims no one is even allowed to talk to him or they will be fined..... i feel for those that have to live near him.

He fully intends to take people’s money (targeting low income earners, and those down on their luck...taking their social security payments), and illegally place 22 dwellings in areas deemed to be dangerous and environmentally unsound. Knowing full well that those people who give him their money will have no legal right to anything. He will of course then disappear.

He has already taken money from people, who moved onto the property, then left, taking a deep hatred for the man.

What he intends to do is destroy the environment further than he has, destroy the beauty of the area with illegal dangerous dwellings, continue to damage the fragile ecosystem of the waterways, take people’s money, leave them with nothing and pay no regard for those that are hurt, affected or imposed upon in the process.

He has been involved with Multiple Occupancies before, leaving disaster in his wake, those that live where his last development was, have also been left with hatred for what this man has done. The community ended up using a "swear jar" so if anyone used his name they would have to put money in the jar...pretty funny i know as i think he likes that idea,,,,only he would like a very big jar!!!

jonathans motivation is money only, beware or you will be riped off by this inhumane, sociopath.
