His name is Jose Manuel Cruz, Born December 25,1970
He lives at 2720 Ramon Dr. Blakelee, PA 18610 and he sexually molested his own daughter who was 4 years old at the time
He was arrested but not prosecuted because they wouldn't put the child on the Grand Jury stand because of her age. The child had medical evidence of the abuse, and stated her father "Hurt her" yet he denies the allegations.The child also stated she had told Jose Cruz' wife Barbara Cruz (formerly known as Barbara Houck of Brooklyn, NY.) about the incident and she(Barbara Cruz-Houck) stated " We will put your father in the corner for a time out" Nice maternal instincts,I pity her unborn children!
Also, Jose Manuel Cruz is a Paramedic, working within the Five Boros of New York City, who I am sure encounters children on a daily basis at work. Stay clear of this man for he has a nasty temper and also beats on women. He has worked for NYC EMS, Metropolitan Ambulance Company, St Barnabas Hospital EMS, Metro Care Ambulance, Approved Ambulance and has been fired from each and every one due to his immaturity, lack of respect to fellow workers and supervisors, and his sexual addiction to children.
To make a long story short, after two years of his daughter refusing to see him in a Court ordered Therapists office and Jose claiming himself to be the loving & doting father has given up his Parental Rights of the child as of Febuary 28th 2002 because he doesn't want to pay Child Support anymore for a child who is scared of him and refuses to see him.(This was his idea and suggestion).The child now is safe and out of harms way because she was legally adopted on May 7th,2002 by a MAN who she not only respects and loves as a Real Father but has always considered him as her "DADDY".

Ther must be a certifying or licensing agency in the state of NY for Paramedics ?? Something Like "Bureau of EMS" "Department of Health Services" or whatever that will investigate any allegations mentioned above. If these are true, then he must be stopped. One way to limit his exposure to potential new victims is to have him de-certified by the agency that certified him in the first place. Sex offenders do not belong in positions of public trust. Write a legible, clear letter stating only the facts that you can prove, without emotion and innuendo and hope for the best. It's OK to state why you are writing, that it has caused personal problems , etc.. And reference local police report case numbers and officers names if possible. Good Luck

Jose Manuel Cruz is currently working for Maimondies Medical Center which is located at 4802 Tenth Avenue, Brooklyn New York 11219 He is a Paramedic working for the EMS Division of the Hospital
