Joseph, Anderson & Associates, Inc. Leo Cortes took my $100 debt recovery fee upfront and have seen no results, no response to contact since Sept 2009. Internet
I found Joseph Anderson & Associates on line and spoke with someone a few times via phone and email. I was hesitant to send the $100 because, surprise, it seemed like a scam to me, but they only required it for landlord/tenent dispute debt recovery which mine was. So, eventually I sent the money and had some further email correspondence. I moved so I contacted them to let them know I moved and also recieved a letter giving me a password and login for their website to track my recovery. This never worked. I never saw a penny of recovered money - maybe they did! who knows. I had a small claims judgement and after exhausting all normal avenues to try to recovery my money I thought I would try a collection agency. Now I am just out more money.
