joseph quigliano jaq construction joe quigliano took over $50,000 from me and never finished the work, we have a signed contract and he never finished my bathroom, kitchen, condenser, and had drug addicts work on my house. niagara falls, New York
Joe quigliano took over $50,000 from me and did not finish my house. I have the signed contract and paperwork down to the detail on what everything was suppose to cost and what he was suppose to get done. He never finished, I am left with a big hole in my bathroom half of a central air unit and other projects. He had workers work on my house and drinking, doing drugs, one of his workers was arrested at a home repair store for stealing. My rugs are not done and falling apart. I cant afford a lawyer because of what he has done to me and I turned him into the attorney general and his lawyer who is the judge that was throwen off the bench for putting everyone in jail for the cell phone incident said I did not pay him all of the money, but again I have documentation of this. Joe threting my life and now I am left with my house not fully done and I have to now pay more for the renovations then I had in my budget. I really hope more people come forward and post about this man. He is crooked and will take your money and not finish his work.
