Joseph Soza, the owner of JMS Plumbing Service, did minor part of the plumbing work at my apartment, took the check of $200.00 and promised to come back next day, Dec.17th, 2005. He never came back... He was contacted several times, promised to come again, but has not come again.... He owes a kitchen sink disposal with installation and bathroom sink installation.
