Josh Hill; Channelside Title; Americlose National Settlement Solutions-Florida SCAM Florida Realtor/Title Agent gets HUD REO contract for Arizona, Phoenix Arizona
Josh Hill a Realtor/Title Agent and lifelong resident of Florida is trying to RIPOFF the American public and the US Government/HUD. He recently was awarded a contract to perform Closing Services for foreclosed HUD properties in the State of Arizona.
The problem is that this 22 year old is not licensed in the State of Arizona as a Title Company, Escrow Company nor any of his firms are authorized to do business in the State. Two months ago he changed his Government Central Contracting license to read his physical address in Phoenix, but left his mailing address in Florida.
A follow-up up call and an investigation of his Phoenix address shows that his office is a small rental suite located in the same building as several "Massage Parlors". Mr. Hill is also registered himself on a "Gay Real Estate Website". I doubt many Realtors, Brokers and purchasers are going to want to close their business transactions in a building with several "Massage Parlors.
We find it interesting that Mr. Cahill (Irish) ? is representing himself as a small-disadvantage hispanic minority owned company to obtain a HUD contract in a State that he just visits for his personal pleasures. Come on Mr. Hill, isn't it time to answer your critics ?????????

Your allegations against Channelside Title and AmeriClose National are completely false. I'm sorry that you weren't the high bidder on this contract and are seeking to destroy our reputation based on false claims. You criticize my age, race, and sexuality which have no basis to the merits of being awarded the contract. Last time I checked this is also grounds for a defamation of character case. How about you disclose yourself? I also meet the small business minority requirement (Cuban American Minority...FYI). You try to use personal attacks to justify your posting and attack my business. The only Rip Off here is you and your false allegations and attacks! I understand with any success there will always be those trying to bring you down! This will only empower me personally and my company to strive to perform above the expectations of our customers.
