Joshua Baerman-Baerman Restoration MAJOR FRAUD St. Louis Missouri
Joshua J Baerman has been committing fraud in St. Louis and St. Charles Counties by soliciting homeowners telling them they have damages that need repair on their home. He acts as if he represents well-known construction companies in St. Louis to gain people's trust but he actually is not affiliated with any of these companies.
Joshua then tells homeowners that he can do their job "on the side" for much cheaper but in return needs a 50% deposit upfront to pay for materials because he does not have the money. He ends up never returning to complete the work, does not answer phone calls, hides behind text messages, or changes his phone number to avoid homeowner being able to contact him.
Josh is very cunning and knows how to con people into doing what he wants. He requests checks be written to him and then cashes them at your bank. You are urged to contact your local police depatment if you come in contact with this person.
