Credit Enhancement Service, LLC - is a company who solicites the Triple Gold Package BY PHONE and/or MAIL, which includes a Master Card with a credit line of 5,000 with no interest/no annual fee for the first year...(so, we thought); and a Gold card, a home shopping catalog stating all of it's benefits and discount for a one-time payment of $219.99. Finally, I saw my husband anxious in establishing his own credit. Thus, being the individual people my husband and I are we tried the service and trusted this (so-called) reputable Credit Service Co.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be paid through your checking account -- by submitting your checking account number to Credit Enhancement Service, LLC

On 09/18/2000 my husband received the package from Credit Enhancement Service, LLC and enclosed a handfull of financial memo's, listings of all the benefits, paperwork to fill out for a credit card, which in the beginning my husband was informed the Mastercard would be included in the TRIPLE GOLD PACKAGE. Only to find out that it's a plastic GOLD Card with numbers embedded in the front of the card with my husband's name. Remember this service was tried for the sole purpose for my husband to establish his own credit.

NOTE: that this service package has a Satisfaction Guarantee or YOUR Full REFUND Back...my husband had even requested to speak with a supervisor/manager to confirm these services and package details - only to be fooled, even posed as the higher individual within the company, mislead us. In October 2000, my husband and I teamed up to call the customer service toll-free

No (877) 527-4653. Only to see my husband and I calling the customer service line, over, over and over again. Pressing my redial button at work every 10 minutes for up to 6 hours a day for a good 2 1/2 weeks to get information on where to address the return the service package, and the return guidelines for the FULL Refund Guarantee - then finally a live customer service representative answered; very rudely giving me info for the return address and the Return Guidlines as if this individual does not care how he/she can make it bigger than it is and make herself feel irate, forgetting that the customer who just called actually works in Customer Service. Yes, the 1st bad experience

my family had to deal with any kind of company - that offers inaccurate, misleading and patently false information to support it's services to rip you off!

The following business day, on October 23 I mailed the TRIPLE GOLD package using United States Postal Services as the carrier with the following optional services: Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation to ensure delivery of the TRIPLE GOLD package. After allowing this company a good 2 months to process our refund, my husband and I decided to do a follow-up with the company and confirm the delivery date for the returned package. So, we phoned the customer service department -- only to find out that I have no luck in getting through, again. The phone either rang forever and/or the line was constantly busy...it is now September 25, 2001 and I am very disappointed and would like others to know about this experience I had with this Credit Service.

The Bottom Line is: it's has been a year since,

I returned the TRIPLE GOLD service package...and, realize that this company is not going to refund our hard-earned $ money?

Credit Enhancement Service, LLC did there part in doing a good job at convincing consumers that it's worth trying the Triple Gold service package to build, or establish your credit. But, once the service package arrived, my husband and I carefully reviewed the entire package and by doing so we did our part as the consumer.

Feeling that both of us are not satisfied with the company's Triple Gold Package and it's benefits. The service package did not include half of what my husband was told to expect - as well as returning the product to receive our full refund.

Not assured that someone else could assist my husband and I in collecting the refund, without fee's and more stress? My husband and I can only take so much, until we decide we can no longer over do it.....and just let other consumers know about our bad experiences -- being ripped off.

Now more alert of scamn's and both my husband and I have learned a very good leason. Knowing you have to be aware of companies who often state inaccurate, misleading and sometimes patently false information to support it's services.
