I was punched in the face by the owners son another employee.... I was sexually abused by the owners ex gay boyfriend, I was badgerd and mentally tormented by the ouner of the business. I was constantly being approached by owner of business for arguments, which she would always start with me to get me upset so as to argue back with her. I have watched her do this for 2 years now with myself and other employees. Instead of firing you she would send you home or cut your hrs back so much that she hoped that the employee would just quit so as not to pay unemployment benefits. I was fired by someone sneaking on my porch while I was home and putting a letter in my door jam. I feel I was wrongfully terminated. The owner is ver very abusive towards everyone that works for her and I have had enough.All of thee above actions have happend during the 2 yrs. period of being employed by Joys Florist in Fort Lauderdale Florida
