Received a call from the director of customer service at CIBT who apologized that my case had not been handled properly and refunded the charges. I guess we are square now except for the aggravation getting here. But he was nice about it.

Also, I NEVER CALLED HIM ONCE. He called me four times and I rejected his advances, fraud, abuse. But you be the judge if you get stuck dealing with him.
