Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The Terminal in Seville Florida is a total scam. First off. Please don't even concider them. I'm writing this to warn everyone else. I'm a grown man of sound mind. I've been in trucking along time and I talked to them and made my own decision to go with them. So it's my fault. I should have seen it coming but I didn't. I'm like everyone else just trying to find a good company to go with. They didn't cheat me. It was all there but I just didn't see it. I'm just trying to warn everyone else before you make the same mistake I did. I'm a businessman and it was a business decision. It was just a really bad one. If you want more details read on.

When you call recruiting they refer you to the Seville Terminal. I've seen some whoppers but this one takes the cake. First off be aware that you will be paying for all. ALL of the Insurances. Liability, Cargo, Occupational Accident, Physical Damage if you rent a trailer. You have to get your own IFTA and do your own taxes. So you are basically an INDEPENDENT OWNER OPERATOR right. NO. They claim to have ALL kinds of loads. WRONG! 99.9% of there loads are from brokers. So that means JRC takes 15% off the top and the Broker takes usually 10% or more. The broker may be taking more. So your only getting at best 75% of the revenue. Well I hate to break the news to you. You can lease to any of the major credible carriers and get 75% and not pay for ALL of the Insurances and have to rent or provide a trailer. If you like to sit the Seville Terminal is for you. Can you find your own load. Well YES you may but you have to wait to get your money until they get paid. I understand if the broker you use doesn't have approved credit, but if it is a broker they already use you should get paid right away. There dispatcher in Seville doesn't even have any experience in the trucking industry. He came to them from a carreer in roofing. This is one of those situations were everything about this deal is slanted in there favor. They aren't really about trucking as much as it is profitting off you being leased there. Most major credible companies make there money off the freight. JRC makes money off the trucker. They won't even accept your Truck Inspection even if it comes from say a Dealership. There Mechanic. So again they are making money on your Inspections. Average run 1000 miles. Average mileage 1.80. Bring home Average $500.00. Where does it all go. Well you'll never know because they use abreviations that only they understand. Understanding how they are I'm sure they'll rebutt everything saying that it is all my fault, they have all kinds of customers, all kinds of freight and that I'm just lazy and didn't want to work. Just so that you know I stay on the road sometimes 6 months at a time and I've got nothing better to do than work. So ask them all of the questions. Who pays the liabilty, cargo, occupational accident, can I get my own loads etc.... Ask lots of questions and I'm sure you won't like there answers.

Also if you breakdown. You are totally hungout to dry and there won't any more checks coming. Seriously don't expect any kind of help.
