Sent 7 day notice when they knew VA Sending check. Harassed self and relatives due to scrap in drive when I was hospitalized. Asked where I was hospitalized. Refused to delay for 1 day until I was released from hospital, threatened to do illegal eviction, threatened to keep property illegally, Denied my day in court by removing summons then reposting night before court appearance.
Now threatening to serve illegal writ to evict before legal 10 days. All because I refused to leave when they said they wouldn’t return deposit because notice to move was given 27 days instead of 30 days. Also entered the property 3 times; once leaving a window open when i was hospitalized, once without notice & left door unlocked and once with 24 hr notice on the pretense of 1/4 ly inspection of property.
Stalked through questioning neighbors. Cyberbullying via text and phone calls amounting to 20 times per day Also bullied mother via text calling her an enabler and staying she had no values when mother told her to stop calling & texting her phone. Today she went as far as calling me a liar and using profanity via texts.
