JTE Systems Huge Rtipoff!! Buyer Beware!! Chicago., Illinois
Bought my Esthetic equiptment through this company for my salon thinking it would be a gread deal. Boy was I wrong!
First off they quoted me 2 different prices both times I called, I was quoted 2 weeks for my ship date. Having to have my salon open fast, I went with them.
I received my equiptment 3MONTHES later!! I had called numeroud times, and when I finally recieved a call back they said they would make sure it was shipped that day.
What??? Then why was it 3 monthes late in the first place??
When I finally got the stuff the actual equiptment was not what I ordered but I was already late in getting the stuff, so I had to use it. They had said that because of the wait I would recieve a 200.00 dollar credit for the cost of the shipping. I still have yet to recive the replacement equiptment I ordered with the credit, and that was 6 monthes ago!!!
last week, while giving a Facial, the loupe lamp caught on fire!!!! ON FIRE!! Luckily she wasnt burned, and I was there to put the fire out, but the damage that couldve been done is terryfying to think of. The lamp was over her face!!
I have called the company and left maybe 10 messages, and no one has ever called me back, about my missing equiptment or the faulty lamp.
Someone help!!!
