My account was charged by jts and associated for $19.99. Apparently the site is only to take you to another site to order a birth certificate. While I finally (after a month of conversation) have figured that out, it does not appear that the site was necessary for me to access the actual site that I attempted to use to obtain a birth certificate. And appears to be quite mis-leading.
