After 4 years of filing several motions and going to several court hearings to receive child support from my ex-husband, Judge Daniel Klossner ruled against me to receive back child support, stating that too much time had passed, wheras, it wasn't I who took 4 years to make up my mind, but the courts.
As soon as I filed for Welfare, it went before a different Judge and I am now receiving $92/wk. for my daughter who is now a Senior in High School.
Judge Klossner put my daughter and I on a 4 year nightmare, (very long story.)
As it turns out, my ex-husbands attorney and Judge Klossner are not only "drinking buddies" but also golf together. (The good ole boys.) This same Judge has been picked up on more than 1 occassion for drunk driving, and still has the authority to imprison people for exactly what he is guilty of. To the publics knowledge this Judge was never reprimanded for his poor judgement.

The reason this judge did what he did is most likely because he does not have to run for re-election. Judges all over america used to have to run for re-election every two to four years. Now they have come up with a way to receive lifetime appointments. This is why so many people across America are saying the judiciary is out of control. It is like having 10,000 Supreme Court justices. Originally, for the most part, only Supreme Court justices had lifetime appointments. If we elected the next president and gave him or her a lifetime appointment, that person would most likely turn into a tyrant in time. The same is true for the nationwide scam where everything from a county magistrate, commissioner, family law "judge", municipal court judge or superior court judge (and those judges higher than them) manage to get a position as a judge. Judges should have to run for re-election every four years, otherwise there is no way for the public to have a say like we are supposed to have when it comes to who the arbitrators of justice are.
