Complaint Review: Judith McCabe - Burbank California

Since Jillienne Almonia has quit or was supposed offered a new position this new women by the name of Judith McCabe who is a rookie to the complex has come in changing things that were promised on all the residents contracts without justifications! There are several dog owners in the complex and no one has ever complained. Even recently there was a dog birthday party and I had a ball with all the dogs but now from some reason there were some complaints!
Judith could not provide me with the complaints that were so called filed. 

This gives me the impression that she does not like animals or dogs! This is beside the point! I have lived here for a year and the company has mistreated every individual in the complex and disrespected them! Judith the new management has set notices less than 24 hours going into people apartments without notice. I find that a bit odd!

 Along with Jilliennne and Judith they have been gossiping about the tenants and also using forums as a form of espionage to create Slander on the current tenets in the building. There are several others that have been compensated more than others. Several others have been placed in Hotels and others have not! Also some have been compensated in full and still live here with no charge and there are others who have moved out and had to sign gag orders or Non-disclosures to stay hush about the Mold and issues in the complex. 

A lady here in the complex informed many that the company Knew about the mold but wanted to move people in then use their rent money to fix the problems without disclosing the problems!

Judith McCabe falls into this picture now and she is trying to force people into a so called Guest sweet which never existed on our contracts because there were never any because the complex is full! The Building has not disclosed to the community of the TOXIC MOLD and not given us record of their findings but still trying to force us to stay in a unit while are things are left exposed for dust and MOLD without storage and without Hotel accommodations from the noise of construction.

So Judith McCabe is forcing all tenants into TOXIC MOLD Infested units that have not been tested for proper. She has committed Fraud and Scamming others out of what they are dos as tenants. The Community is in hard place and she is trying to break the rules to save a dollar for the Corporation.
 

Before Judith McCabe arrived arrived Jillenne Almonia was there when Raintree Partners offered accommodations at a large scale meeting. Then Raintree backed away from what they the promised in the meeting and  one on one while visiting to all apartments with note pads in hand. They provided for certain others but not all. So many others were getting special treatment and others were not getting any compensation at all! So Raintree and Cirrus and Pinnacle family of companies have been violating California tenant Laws becasue all tenants in the community face the same issues. So cirrus lies to the community its all isolated incidents but is the same issue through out the complex. GO figure!

So Judith McCabe is acting as New so she claims she does not know of the Promises so to avoid accommodating the tenants. A young lady was put in a Holiday INN  just to add where they wanted all the tenants to go ! So Raintree partners and cirrus starting declining all tenants hotels once people start moving out! To place you back in a MOLD infested apartment that is in the wood! All the sub-contractors say the MOLD is all in the WALLS. So Taiko village, Raintree Partners, and Cirrus Management does not care!

So Jillienne Almonia and Judith McCabe, Raintree Partners, and Cirrus management has been illegally placing tenants in TOXIC MOLD UNITS without the correct inspections and also without reporting it to the community or warning of its dangers! A lot on tenants have been getting sick and the management will not do anything about it!

Judith McCabe has also telling lies to Burbank Building,Consumer Affairs, Slander of Tenants, and spreading roomers about tenants and also creating a hostile environment.
