A few months ago I met a gentleman who identified himself as Julio Carbonell. He gave me his business card and told me he was the chief information officer of ASPCA. He promised me a job as a technology consultant in his company but as of today his promise has not been fulfilled. He bluntly asked me for sexual favors in exchange for a high paying job and when I refused he stopped calling me. He is a liar and a psycho and Im sure hes done this a few times with other girls. Ive contacted an attorney and she thinks that we might have a big case if other people come forward.

I dont know about the sexual harassment allegations but I dont doubt it because we all know Julio very well. He is the laziest CIO I ever worked with taking credit for the work of others and always trying to cover up his lack of fundamental IT knowledge by passing the buck. He calls it 'delegation' but we call it injustice. The ASPCA needs a new I.T. leader with a solid understanding of technology not a corrupted politician like Julio Carbonell
