I have had a similar bad experience when dealing with J26 Prestige Cars. I purchased a car several weeks ago and a replacement part had to be ordered as part of the deal. Its been five weeks and despite several calls to the sales manager Bob still no sign of this part. I agree with the person above, the customer service from this place is non existent.
This is breech of contract and my advice to anyone thinking of buying a car from here - dont bother.
