The company sends email from hacked accounts.
The video is slick, but the website contains no company name, address or customer service number.
The terms and conditions are difficult to read and understand.
The company gives high pressure sales techniques.
The company refuses to cancel an order. The company mis-states its return policy.
Upon receiving the item I called for a return authorization--it was a 30-day money back offer SUPPOSEDLY.
So the company does not live up to its terms concerning its offer.
The customer service representative was rude, condescending and pushy to the point of trying to reduce the original cost, and when that was refused he doubled the restocking fee (which is not prominently mentioned at the web site.)
This company puts the Dr. OZ enterprise under scrutiny, i.e. does Dr. Oz screen its endorsed products carefully?
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
BEWARE OF UNSOLICITED E-MAILS WITHOUT ASKING THE SENDER ABOUT IT FIRST!
