This isn't the usual "Rip off" to say. This is a new company, so I'm not really sure what their business practices will be when they are up and running at 100%. I was inquiring about working for the company. I sat through an hour long webinar presentation about the company. After that I had the owner Bill call me and spent an hour talking to him about the position. ONLY after at the VERY end was I told there was a $495 "training deposit" I would have to pay. Which would be paid back IF I sold 5 deals. Now why you would have to pay someone for training I don't understand. To me it looks like they're looking to make their money by getting people to work for them more than anything else. Again, I never paid the $495 so what happens next I can't say. Just know that before you waste 2 hours of your time it's a job you have to PAY for!

Yes, this "training" scam has been going on for at least the past 30 years. Most of them don't even guarantee you a job after training, let alone a "promise" of returning your fee later. There will be some excuse for never returning your fee to you ( and it is usually for something that they claim is YOUR fault ). Stay far away from these scams. All you wind up doing is paying someone for a "lesson" you weren't there to learn - " A fool and his money are soon parted ".
