Jurlique Skin Care Jurlique misrepresented an offer on the Today Show's Jill's Steals and Deals Internet
Today Show's April 5, 2011, Jill's Steal and Deals included an offer of beauty products and a $25 gift certificate according to Jill Martin, the Today Show personaility. Jill did not mention there was a catch (minimum purchse of $50) to use the $25 certificate. I feel the $25 card was misrepresented by Today and Jurlique.
It is not a $25 certificate according to Jurlique. It is a promotional $25 card good only with a $50 purchase and with an expiration date in July 2011. This was not disclosed on-air to millions of viewers. Jurlique denies Jill said anything about the $25 certificate being part of the promotion.
The video archive and transcript for the deal clearly shows the $25 certificate as a card and with no strings mentioned.
