Just Brakes tried to fleece me AGAIN consumer ripoff repairs Arlington Texas
We've have done business with this Just Brakes location in the past, probably totaling close to over $1,000 over the years in LEGITMATE repairs. They did some work for me in Oct.of 2003. AT that time, they wanted to do major work, which would have cost about $850. I declined, and had them just do the most essential repairs (about $260). Today, 3/8/04, I took my SUV back in for repair & I knew that there was a somewhat serious problem. The manager called me back in to survey the damage, which he said would cost over $800 to get it right. To make a long story short, I went back, picked up my vehicle, and took it down the street to our family mechanic, who quoted me a price of just over $200. I will NEVER go to Just Brakes again, and will tell everyone I know about this scam. I can understand a small difference in price, but not $400. Nice try Just Brakes, find another pigeon.
